• Have the authority to agree to these Terms;
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials and to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

• All purchases are final unless required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Credits are consumed when tasks or API calls are performed.
• We may modify pricing, plan features, or credit systems with notice.

7. Data Use and Storage

By using the Service, you grant us the right to store encrypted versions of your credentials solely for the purpose of enabling AI agents or MCP servers to access third‑party services on your behalf. We do not use your credentials for any other purpose.

You are responsible for the actions taken by agents using your credentials.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for outages or interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and technology of the platform belongs to us. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, security, or availability.
