By accessing and using Reeva ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Reeva is an AI-powered recruiting platform that automates job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. The Service uses artificial intelligence to streamline the entire recruiting process, from posting jobs across multiple platforms to identifying qualified candidates and coordinating interviews.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Reeva offers both free trial and paid subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Use License

Permission is granted to use Reeva for business recruiting purposes only. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for non-recruiting commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Use the Service to spam or harass candidates

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied. Reeva makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

11. Limitations

In no event shall Reeva or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Reeva's Service, even if Reeva or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

12. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Reeva's Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Reeva does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Reeva may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
