This Privacy Policy describes how Reeva Technologies LLC ("Reeva," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of our websites (including joinreeva.com), products, services, and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

  • Profile & Settings: Display name, avatar, preferences, configurations.
  • Billing & Payment: Billing address (payment cards processed by third parties).
  • Content & Configurations: Prompts, workflows, MCP configurations, custom code, scripts.
  • API Keys and Credentials: Third-party API keys, tokens, URLs you provide for integrations.
  • Support: Information from support requests, feedback, and communications.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically: Usage data, device/technical data, cookies and similar technologies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties: Auth/identity providers, third-party services you connect, public sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • 3.1 Providing the Service: Account management, running tools/workflows, executing your instructions. Specifically for Google Workspace data, Reeva only accesses your Gmail, Calendar, or Drive files to perform the specific automated actions you have configured through your remote MCP servers.
  • 3.2 Improving the Service: Monitoring, debugging, developing new features, analyzing aggregated data.
  • 3.3 Security: Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security threats; enforcing policies.
  • 3.4 Communications: Service notices, responding to requests, optional marketing (with opt-out).
  • 3.5 Legal: Compliance with laws, responding to lawful requests, protecting rights.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where required by law, we process data based on: Performance of a Contract, Legitimate Interests, Consent, or Legal Obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:

  • 5.1 Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, support tools, security.
  • 5.2 Third-Party Integrations: Services you choose to connect (governed by their terms).

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, Reeva does not use Google Workspace data to serve advertisements or to train 'generalized' AI models. We do not share Google Workspace data with third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the features of our service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.

6. API Keys, Secrets, and Sensitive Configurations

6.1 We may store and encrypt User Keys to execute workflows you configure.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring authorization, correct permissions, and revoking keys if compromised.

6.3 No system is 100% secure. We do not guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access arising from security incidents or your failure to maintain security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill purposes in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data.

8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Account: Review, update, or delete account info through settings or by contacting us.

8.2 Communications: Opt out of marketing emails (transactional emails required).

8.3 Cookies: Control via browser settings (some cookies required for functionality).

11. Google API Disclosure

Reeva's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use commercially reasonable measures (encryption, access controls) to protect information. No system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

Our personnel will only access your Google user data in limited circumstances: (1) if you provide explicit consent for troubleshooting; (2) if it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); or (3) if required to comply with legal obligations.
